YAHOO – Here’s a reassuring message to the fans of Jojo Moyes’ tear-jerking bestselling novel Me Before You: Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin are absolutely the Louisa and Will you’re looking for. As the star-crossed lovers at the heart of director Thea Sharrock’s highly anticipated film adaptation (which hits theaters on June 3), the two actors bring the characters’ initially combative, but ultimately romantic relationship to vivid life. Even though Clarke and Claflin had never worked together prior to making Me Before You, their onscreen chemistry suggests that they’ve known each other for years.
But how well do they really know each other? Yahoo Movies decided to put them to the test by quizzing the actors on the franchises that made them both stars. Clarke, of course, plays Daenerys Targaryen on the blockbuster HBO fantasy series, Game of Thrones, while Claflin had a memorable role as District 4 champion Finnick Odair in The Hunger Games franchise.
